For the Love of Water Silkscreening Events. Chequamegon Bay area. 2025.

  • Hosting a series of Water Protector and grassroots resistance themed community art builds in the Chequamegon Bay area in collaboration with two other WI artists.

Community Quilt Project Sewing Circles. Chequamegon Bay area. 2025.

  • Hosting a series of free drop-in sewing circles for community members to sew together and discuss how rest & self care are necessary acts of resistance in order to keep fighting for justice in this beautiful, devastating world. During the sewing circle participants will be able to contribute to a Community Quilt, a collaborative quilt project currently in progress. 

Clothes Modification events for LGBTQIA+. Washburn, WI. 2025. 

  • Organized two free sewing days for LGBTQIA+ folks to modify their clothes so that they fit and feel like them. 

Washburn Sewing Retreat. Washburn, WI. 2025

  • Coordinating a three-night self-directed sewing retreat for eight participants, including all logistics including food planning and preparation.

Adventures Told through Quilts Exhibition. Bayfield, WI. 2024

  • Installing a solo show of my work at Honest Dog Books during Bayfield’s Art Escape week including conducting all promotion of the show.
  • Giving an Artist Talk and hosting a workshop on “Mini Sewn Adventure Maps” including creating promotional material and conducting advertising for each.

Art of Indigenous Resistance. Ashland, WI. 2017

  • Coordinating an installation of art made by Indigenous artists from Central America and weaving together stories from that region and local Indigenous resistance.

Intersection Mural Project. Milwaukee, WI. 2015 – 2016

  • Placemaking project I developed and secured funding for to create eight large (24’ to 30’) murals in intersections.

Riverwest 24 Intersection Mural Placemaking Project. Milwaukee, WI. 2014

  • Project I coordinated which involved a few hundred people helping to create a 30’ intersection mural in one afternoon. 
  • Developed method for creating large intersection murals using giant stencils and construction spray paint.

Bike Art Exhibition. Madison, WI. 2013

  • Coordinating a pop-up art exhibition as part of the CycloCross National Championship Bike Race.
