Like I shared in my last post, I’ve been dreaming of flowers these past couple of months. Dreaming of color cutting through the grey and cutting through the hard realities of our world right now. One morning I scrolled through Etsy looking at prints and paintings of zinnias before wondering if I could make my own zinnia textile art. I always love a good challenge, and that proposition was enough to get me delaying other tasks and embarking on this piece of artwork. Because sometimes you just have to make your own joy.
